About us

We built what we needed and could not find

Masarkum is a Saudi platform born inside strategic planning and project management consulting work — not outside it.

The story

Masarkum began with a pattern we kept seeing on strategic planning engagements: the organisation ends up with an excellent plan on paper, then months later returns to scattered spreadsheets and manual follow-up, until the link between the strategic objective and what is actually happening on the ground quietly disappears.

Global tools exist, but they were built for another context: Arabic is not their first language, their reference frameworks do not cover Saudi regulatory controls, and tailoring them to each entity consumes more time than it saves.

So we built a platform that starts from Arabic, adopts international and local frameworks together, and puts strategy, portfolio, projects and governance in one place — keeping the distance between a decision and its effect short and visible.

Vision

For Masarkum to be the regional reference for digital strategy management, and for Arabic to be its first language rather than its second translation.

Mission

To enable organisations to turn strategic plans into measurable results through one platform, aligned to recognised frameworks and supported by AI.

What we hold to

Clarity before complexity

A screen that needs a long explanation is not a good screen. We design for first use, not for the sales demo.

Arabic first

Not a later addition or a translation layer, but the assumption every screen and report was built on.

Auditable impact

Every decision, action and escalation leaves a record — because governance without a trace is not governance.

Responsible AI

It suggests, it does not decide. Every generated output passes human review before it is approved.

Why the name “Masarkum”?

Masar (مسار) is the path an organisation takes from where it is to where it intends to be. We added “-kum” — the plural “your” — because strategy is never one person’s work; it belongs to a team and to a whole organisation. Hence our tagline: Chart the path. Take the decision.

Chart the path. Take the decision.

Make your path clear

Book a thirty-minute demo and we will walk the platform through your organisation’s context, not a generic dataset.
